Nuurly is a trading name of Feespot Ltd. We operate an online community and education platform with Circles, Discover feeds, knowledge quizzes, lessons and educational content. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

2. Data we collect

We also collect device information such as IP address, browser and operating system; usage information such as pages viewed and interactions; approximate location; and session and preference cookies.

Information about religious or philosophical beliefs may be special category data. Where processing requires explicit consent, we ask for your consent. You may request withdrawal or deletion through your account or by contacting us.

4. User content and our role

You are responsible for what you post or share and must comply with applicable law. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, violent or harmful content.

Public content is reviewed before it appears. Private Circle and follower content is not reviewed in advance and may be reviewed following reports. We use automated tools and human review, but cannot guarantee every harmful item will be detected. User views are their own and do not represent ours.

We may remove content where it violates our rules, the law, or the safety of users or the platform.

5. Zero tolerance for violence

Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension or a permanent ban, and reporting to authorities where required.

• No violence, threats, intimidation or harassment.
• No hate speech, incitement, terrorism or extremist content.
• No promotion of self harm or harm to any person or group.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers for hosting, analytics, email and payments under appropriate agreements; with law enforcement where legally required or needed for safety; and with other users only according to your chosen sharing settings.

7. International transfers

Data may be transferred outside the EEA. Where applicable, we use safeguards such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Account and data deletion

Request deletion in Settings, under Manage account. Your account is hidden immediately and scheduled for deletion after 30 days; you can cancel during that period. Certain records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. To request help with deletion without account access, contact us through Support.

10. Your rights under GDPR

Contact us through Support to exercise your rights. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

11. California rights

California residents may request information about the personal information we collect, ask for deletion, and exercise applicable opt out rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information. Contact us through Support.

12. Children's privacy

Account creation is subject to the age requirements shown during registration. Marriage profiles are not available to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents or guardians may contact us through Support to request deletion.

13. Security

We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, security reviews and staff training. No system can guarantee absolute security.

14. Data breaches

Where required, we notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying breach and affected people without undue delay when the risk calls for it.

We use cookies for sessions, preferences and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

16. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after a change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
