Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Nuurly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

• You must meet the age requirements shown during registration.
• Marriage profiles are not available to people under 18.
• You must not be barred from the platform by law and must provide accurate registration information.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request account deletion from Settings, under Manage account.

4. User content

You are responsible for what you post, upload or share and must comply with applicable law. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, violent or harmful content. Public content is reviewed before publication. Private Circle and follower content is reviewed reactively when reported. We cannot guarantee all harmful content will be detected.

We may remove content for violations of these terms, our Community Guidelines or legal requirements. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, display and distribute it on the platform to provide the service.

5. Prohibited conduct

Violations may result in content removal, suspension or a permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

• No violence, threats, harassment, hate speech, incitement, extremist content, or promotion of self harm.
• No spam, scams, misleading content or impersonation.
• No unlawful activity, intellectual property infringement, hacking, scraping or disruption of the platform.

6. Public and private content

Public content can be viewed by anyone and uses a pen name; it does not offer public comments. Private Circles and follower content are visible only to the chosen audience. Trusted teachers and approved Circles may appear publicly under an approved identity. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate visibility.

7. Intellectual property

Nuurly's logos, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute platform content without permission. You retain ownership of your own content.

8. Payments and refunds

Paid features are subject to prices displayed at purchase. Applicable refund rules are shown during the relevant purchase or booking process. We may change fees with notice.

9. Lessons and teachers

Teachers offer lessons independently. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of lessons. Lesson cancellation and refund terms are shown during booking; disputes can be raised using the lesson support process.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error free or completely secure service. We do not endorse user content or control the actions of other members.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or goodwill, user conduct or third party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. Statutory consumer rights cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, breach of these terms or infringement of the rights of others.

13. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. After termination, use of the service ends; provisions such as liability and indemnification may survive where applicable.

14. Governing law

These terms are subject to applicable law, including nonwaivable consumer protections under applicable local law.

15. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
